The work

For over twenty years, I have walked alongside women and men ready to come home to themselves.

Today I help thoughtful, capable people recognise the patterns that shaped them, reconnect with who they truly are, and create lasting change. Some arrive feeling disconnected from themselves, unsure when that started. Some keep finding themselves in the same kind of relationship, with different people, wondering if they are the common thread. Some understand exactly what is happening and still find themselves repeating it. Some have built a life that works, and cannot explain why something important still feels missing. My work helps them understand what has been shaping their lives, and create space to live differently.

I have guided them back to what's real, to the quiet place within that already knows. And I have always been driven by the same questions: Why do we become who we are? What shapes how we love, avoid, protect, or push? Why do intelligent, capable people keep doing things that no longer serve them?

Those questions first led me to study social psychology. I wanted to understand how we become who we are through our relationships, our families, our cultures, and the systems we live within. Why we adapt. Why we perform. Why we repeat the same patterns long after they have stopped serving us.

From there I moved into coaching, leadership development, and organisational work. For years I worked with executives and leaders from the inside, supporting leadership programmes, organisational change, and individual development. I loved the work. But I kept noticing the same thing: people could understand exactly what was happening and still find themselves repeating the same patterns under pressure.

Insight wasn't the missing piece. Something deeper was driving the behaviour.

That realisation led me back into training. The truth is, I had known since my twenties that I wanted to become a psychotherapist. While still working in the corporate world, I began training in CBT. In 2018, I left corporate life to fully commit to that path. In 2019, I graduated as a licensed psychotherapist and later became a certified Schema Therapist.

A few years later, I noticed something I couldn't unsee. The same patterns that shaped how a person led, how they treated themselves, how they carried responsibility or disappeared under pressure — those same patterns were quietly running the relationships they came home to. The way we learned to protect ourselves in one part of life rarely stays contained there. So I trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, because I wanted to understand this from every side of the room, not only the individual one.

Alongside extensive professional training, I have spent many years in my own therapy — not because I was unwell, but because change has never been optional for me. It has been essential. Looking back, much of the real learning happened in the lived experience of meeting myself more honestly, far more than in any book or certification.

In 2023, life asked me to do exactly that. I burned out. For years I had been helping others reconnect with themselves while quietly losing touch with parts of my own life. So I stopped. I moved to Spain and began building the life I had always wanted.

That experience changed the way I work. I don't speak about emotional exhaustion, performance, self-abandonment, or the cost of living disconnected from yourself from the outside. I speak about them from the inside.

You are not broken. But you may be living a story that no longer fits, a script written by adaptation, not soul. I walk with you as you unravel that story. As you meet the parts quietly aching to be seen. As you return to your emotional needs, your self-trust, your sense of yourself.

My work isn't about becoming a better version of yourself, or self-improvement, or optimisation. It's about returning to yourself. Beyond the roles. Beyond the adaptations. Beyond the strategies you developed to stay worthy, loved, accepted, or safe.

Different paths. One question:
What helps us reconnect with ourselves?

After more than thirty years of studying, training, practising, and living that question, my answer is simple: however it shows up — in how you see yourself, in who you love, in how you lead — it is the same pattern, learned in the same way, waiting to be met in the same way. The life you want becomes possible when you reconnect with the parts of yourself you learned to leave behind.

It's not just coaching. Nor therapy.
It's honest conversation. A remembering. A reclamation.

Who I work with

Thoughtful, capable people who have achieved a great deal but feel something important is missing.

From the outside, life may look successful. Inside, they often feel disconnected from themselves, caught in familiar patterns, or living a life that no longer feels fully their own.

Many have already done the work. Coaching. Therapy. Personal development. They understand themselves well.

Yet they still find themselves reacting in the same ways, ending up in the same situations, or struggling to create lasting change. Because insight alone doesn't change a pattern that has been lived for years.

The same underlying pattern often appears in more than one place — within ourselves, in our closest relationships, and in the way we work and lead. People simply notice it first in different parts of their lives. I work with people wherever they've recognised it most clearly.

You may recognise it…

In yourself
You've lost touch with who you really are.

You feel emotionally exhausted or disconnected from life.

You keep performing instead of simply being.
In your relationship
You keep having the same conversation, with different words.

You long to feel close again but don't know how to find each other.

You feel alone, even together.
In your work
Success has started costing more than it gives.

Responsibility has become heavier than it needs to be.

You lead everyone else but have lost access to yourself.

I work remotely and in person. In English and Swedish. With clients across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
